The Oakland County Employment Diversity Council exists to help increase awareness regarding the benefits of diversity in the workplace and to assist in building an inclusive work environment for all. The OCEDC has assumed the leadership role in creating a forum to advance employment diversity for governmental agencies, private businesses, community service agencies and citizens.
