The Oakland County Employment Diversity Council (OCEDC) was founded in 2000 to advance employment diversity for Oakland County’s employers. Be they small businesses or Fortune 500 Corporations, these employers are building inclusive organizational cultures where people are able to find personal and organizational success.
Today OCEDC is serving the entire Southeastern Michigan region by helping employers understand how to embrace and utilize the talents of a multicultural workforce. Government, academic, non-profit, and private sector companies are learning how to blend employees from different ethnic, generational, religious, gender, and other cultures into a cohesive team focused on mutual success.
Our free monthly Diversity Education Forum is your chance to check us out and see our members. You will learn about the month’s topic as you break bread with other Human Resources Executives.
